Reports To: Chief Security Officer
Part-Time: 10 hours/week
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team. The Security Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities and risks within our organization. This role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure the implementation of effective security measures and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Management and Compliance:
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
2. Incident Response and Remediation:
Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and execute remediation plans to address identified security issues.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, including root cause analysis and lessons learned.
3. Access Control and Identity Management:
Manage user access controls and permissions to ensure appropriate access to sensitive data and systems.
Implement and maintain identity management solutions, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Conduct regular reviews of access controls and user privileges.
4. Network and Infrastructure Security:
Monitor network traffic and system activity for potential security threats and anomalies.
Implement and manage security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software.
Perform vulnerability scans and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
5. Data Protection and Privacy:
Develop and enforce data protection policies, including data classification, encryption, and secure data disposal.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and conduct regular data privacy impact assessments.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address data protection requirements.
6. Training and Awareness:
Conduct security awareness training sessions for employees to promote a culture of security.
Provide guidance and support to staff on security best practices and incident reporting procedures.
Stay current with emerging security threats and trends, sharing relevant information with the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
Experience with security tools and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are highly desirable.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partnership to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with the largest private duty home care companies across the United States. The Director of Partnership will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, enhancing our services, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize potential partner organizations among the largest private duty home care companies in the US.
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy tailored to the specific needs and goals of each potential partner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of partnership initiatives.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Monitor and track the progress and performance of partnership activities, regularly reporting on key metrics and outcomes using CRM and other sales intelligent platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a brand ambassador for LucidAct Health and represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships within the Homecare or Home Health or senior care industry.
Strong network and relationships within the private duty home care sector.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership plans that align with organizational goals.
